Wedding License Information
A Marriage License can be obtained at any County Clerk Office in Florida. Both parties must be present when applying for the license. All applicants must be either over 18 years of age or have parental consent. Proper identification is required; i.e. a photo drivers license or passport. If previously divorced a copy of either date of or dissolution of marriage certificate may be required.

Non-residents:
No waiting period. The license fee is $88.50.
Florida Residents:
No waiting period if you have a Marriage Counseling Certificate. The license fee is $56.00. There is a three day waiting period if you do not have a Marriage Counseling Certificate. The license fee is $88.50. Once you have the license, you can be married by a priest, rabbi or clergyman.
